Why Play Lacrosse?

It's a fun, fast-paced game!!

Skills needed to succeed in lacrosse are the same as those in football, soccer, hockey or basketball. Playing lacrosse will improve:

  • Hand-eye coordination;

  • Body positioning and footwork;

  • Speed, quickness, agility and overall conditioning; and much more!
